Anyone else feeling the heaviness in the collective at this time?
I remember Louise Hay describing the process of transformation as like washing really dirty dishes in a sink of clean water.. it gets really messy before it becomes clean.

Maybe this is where we are at. I had the phrase ‘let there be light’ in my head today on repeat so I’m guided to share it as a post in the hope that it reminds whoever sees it that your focus matters, that your light matters. That you make a difference to the whole, even when you feel powerless.
Do one thing to bring in the light today. Self care, an act of kindness, pay someone a compliment, smile at a stranger, check in on a friend, give out a hug.
It all matters.

I tried to draw a simplified explanation of how psych-k works.. (I’m not an artist clearly! ) I hope it makes sense.

You are your own healer.. in psych k sessions your facilitator uses muscle testing to connect the wise part of you that knows exactly how to heal , so that perfect updates and new programs are made at a subconscious level.

You are always in control. The psych-k process is always a ‘do with’ process not a ‘do to’ process. Sessions are empowering and change happens fast!

The subconscious detects your questions like .. what if I fail? What if people judge me? As actual threats, it doesn’t like change and will keep you in fear of going after what you want. When the body can feel safe when moving towards your goals, it’s much much simpler.

Finding yourself in a stressed out headspace?
If this is you, Your brain is sending messages to your body that you are in some way unsafe.

Your mind is wired to keep you alive and your body will receive the same messages of danger whether you are standing in front of a hungry lion or if you are running late for your meeting that you are underprepared for.

Create safety in your body first.. the mind can then become clear and focused.

How? There are many ways.. here are a few suggestions
-A Psych-k balance to transform the perception of your stressful situation in the subconscious.
-tapping (EFT) sequence
-Deep breathing
-safety affirmations
-music
-meditation
-warm baths or showers /drinks
-a self hug

Trust yourself. Your body knows long before your mind rationalises and reasons. The more I think about the future and the role of AI , the less reliant we will need to become on our minds intelligence to make our decisions.. what’s left is our intuition, our gut, our knowing.. Our deep body wisdom that is connected to everything and everyone.
If you know your human design, you will likely understand the role of your ‘authority’. Relying on this is like anything.. it takes practice, trial and error.

Understanding your own inner guidance system is like training a muscle We all have it, and now it’s more important than ever then to start your training.

Part of the work that I do when I guide people discovering their design is how to recognise your body’s signals that tell you when you are on track and when you have come off track.. much like like a sat nav in your car except yours is built into your body.

Time to do an inventory of what old beliefs need decluttering in 2026?! I just gave myself an upgrade in my beliefs around money and uploaded ‘ money is my friend’ to my subconscious 👏🙌🏽 I didn’t even realise but I was carrying a deep intimidation of money that was keeping me in fear.

The way I upgrade my new beliefs into the subconscious is through a high speed mindset change process called Psych-K and it’s been a game changer for my own personal growth and for my clients, I feel so blessed to have this in my toolbox ! Do your beliefs need an upgrade?
