Highly recommend 'Breath' - the New Science of a Lost Art by James Nestor. In my five Yoga classes, I am grateful to be able to pass on the knowledge shared and practiced by many over thousands of years that stresses the importance of breathing 'consciously'.

I am reading this best-selling book at the moment on the recommendation of my wonderful Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist Peter Gregory, from Ascend at HBF Stadium, Perth.
