Our last Cacao delivery... 😔

Today was a big day for Holistika & an emotional day for me in particular, as I delivered our very last batch of Ceremonial Cacao to the team over at 🥰

It's been a beautiful journey over the past 18 months with the medicine of Cacao. We've sat in countless ceremonies together, bringing so many amazing souls into the sacred space of the heart and really meeting the depth of the feminine within. But for now, it's time to step away from it as a business & put more focus on our men's work 🙏🏼

For those that have supported us on our Cacao endeavours, we adore you & are so blessed you trusted us with this medicine. Deep gratitude to the amazing studios who opened their doors to our Harmonise ceremonies & .body.heart. Most importantly for Mama Cacao for allowing us to share this medicine with so many ❤️‍🔥

This is a shout out to a particular group of connected men.

Men that chose to step in.
Men that chose to breakthrough.
And men that chose to connect as Brothers.

These are some of the images from our recently completed men’s course, Brothers of the Heart, our 6-week professionally facilitated program that guides men to learn to ground themselves, to truly open up, and to connect with what is deeply important to them… all while building meaningful connections with a solid group of brothers.

On this particular day we had the physical breakthrough facilitated by brother Sergey Volotovsky from Deep Connexions. We saw each and every one of these men push beyond the limits of their mind and claim a new level of inner strength, and we couldn’t be more grateful for being a part of this transformation🔥

As we move and breathe together, we'll forge meaningful connections and tap into the power of community. Afterward, take a refreshing dip in the ocean, enjoy a warm beverage, and engage in uplifting conversations with your newfound friends - the perfect way to set the tone for a rejuvenating Sunday!

After this Sunday at Mullaloo, these events will run monthly at Scarborough Amphitheater, opposite fortnight’s to the legend 💪🏼

MEN IN CEREMONY 🔥

What an honour it was to hold 31 men in circle last weekend. Our ancestors, and many cultures around the world have used ceremony for thousands of years to connect, share wisdom and expand together ✨

Some parts of modern society have lost touch with this connective power, and it’s with so much reverence that we play a role in bringing this magic to the men of Perth 💪🏼
