Hey everyone …Bronwyn entered us into a Nexus competition on The Patient Experience a few months ago .. the prize I think was of monetary value so we could have a huge booze up or something along these lines …the submission was all about our renovated reception and new role of Concierge…a couple of weeks ago they then asked via e- mail for a short video to support the entry … I didn’t do …as who has time to do a video ?? …… any way on Monday I received a call from Nexus re this …Southbank was the only site of 10 entries that hadn’t provided a Video !!! Go figure!…..They were hoping we could send one through by Tuesday….ie ..the next day…..Well 4 pm Tues with the help of Executive Cameramen ( although in this day and age may be they should be called Camera women or camera gender non- specific persons ) Cathy and Andrea and Movie star Janien and support crew Lauren and Angie who waltzed in from Derms and was pulling faces in background ( thankfully not captured on screen ) we managed to put together a short vid after 3 takes. No winning accolades for Luch …but hey we did it ….and had a few laughs …Thought you guys might want to see …maybe you could all rate us out of 10
For performance and give us some comments on our future new career paths… whilst we did not win it was a great effort by everyone
Included we did well in the private hospitals award of our story cards for special needs patients
