We focus on linking you with community, mainstream, and other government services to meet your individual requirements. Our own highly focused team lets you have satisfying conversations with our service suppliers enabling you to direct your own life and make your own choices. We Help you to:
Understand and use your NDIS plan to pursue your goals
Connect you with NDIS providers, community, mainstream and other government services
Build your confidence and skills to use and coordinate your supports. Build the skills you need to understand and use your plan
Manage service delivery tasks, live more independently and be included in your community. Manage challenges in your support environment, ensuring consistent delivery of services

Kalan developed a lifelong passion for the outdoors after growing up on a farm.

He is a young man who has autism, OCD and ADHD andthrough his Disability Support Services, Kalan embraces every outdoor adventure.

Thanks to his NDIS supports, Kalan is enjoying taking part in fishing, creating connections in his local community, shopping for groceries and exploring the sights and sounds of Dubbo.

In WA, 3 local family support services have expanded an existing Connecting Communities for Kids early childhood intervention program.

Koongamia First Nations families with children 0 to 6 can now get quicker access to culturally safe supports.

The program, Maaraka Dabakarn, helps First Nations families connect to allied health professionals, so they can ask questions about their child’s development and more quickly access any supports and referrals they may need.
