👉The final stage of frozen shoulder is often referred to as the ‘thawing stage’. This is when the shoulder range starts to improve, the tissue is being healed and we have a gradual return to function.

❗️Now if you listen to some doctors 🥼 and practitioners out there, they will say this will take anywhere from 1 to 3 years. Which may be the case if you use ‘supervised neglect’ as the treatment approach 🙄 which is actually what some of them recommend 🤯

But, as we discussed in detail during our podcast 🎙️ episode on frozen shoulder with , if treated correctly the timelines can be reduced significantly.
It goes back to understanding the ‘why’ behind the frozen shoulder.
