SEEKING an SDA Housemate!

We are searching for a housemate to share with a Participant in Sana Living’s 2-resident SDA home in Craigie WA.

The Participant is a 41 year old male with early on-set dementia. He has a supportive wife who visits him regularly.

Prior to his disability, he worked in finance and enjoyed the AFL and playing darts. He now enjoys watching TV and listening to music.

The SIL Provider appointed to the home is

The High Physical Support SDA home in Craigie provides opportunity for greater independence with assistive tech throughout, huge bedrooms and private ensuite bathrooms.

Located close to Westfield Whitfords City and Hillary’s Boat Harbour, the home sits in a peaceful, safe neighbourhood with beaches and parks nearby.

A short distance to Joondalup hospital and other medical facilities, this is an ideal option for someone looking for SDA in Perth’s north western suburbs.

🔥 Best practice vs regulation.

When the CEO, Jeramy Hope recently said in a radio interview that enhanced fire safety in disability housing “is a no-brainer,” we couldn’t agree more.

That’s why, although not YET mandated, enhanced fire safety installations are standard in all of our SDA homes.

For us, protecting the people who live in our homes is simply non-negotiable.

Doing the right thing is never up for debate.

We choose land that is accessible, flat and on huge blocks for bigger homes, close to parks, reserves, lakes or the coast.
