Our 2 days workshop for Art of Bodywork training covers both upper and lower body release techniques. This is what we cover in Level 1 and Level 2 in the lower body. All of these releases are quick, taking between 30 seconds and under 2 minutes to complete. And the changes will be almost immediate. We test, apply and retest to make sure the release is true. You can use these release techniques immediately in clinic and on clients.
