Support Worker (South of the River) & Admin Assistant / Support Worker

Voyager Care is a neurodivergent-owned NDIS provider based in Perth, and we’re growing. We’re currently looking to welcome two new team members who align with our values and genuinely care about doing disability support well.

🌱 About Voyager Care

Voyager Care provides calm, respectful, and neuro-affirming supports to NDIS participants across Perth. We value strong boundaries, clear communication, and creating supportive environments for both participants and staff.

📍 Role 1: Support Worker – South of the River (Perth)

Location: South of the River, Perth
Role type: Casual (with opportunity for growth)

About the role:

You’ll be supporting participants in the community and within group programs, assisting them to work toward their goals in a safe, respectful, and person-centred way.

What you’ll need:
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Police Clearance
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication skills
• A genuine interest in disability support
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

🗂️ Role 2: Admin Assistant / Support Worker

Location: Perth
Role type: Casual / Part-time (flexible)

About the role:

This is a mixed role combining administration support with some direct support work. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys organisation and systems, but also values meaningful, hands-on work with participants.

What you’ll need:
• Some knowledge or experience with the NDIS (plans, funding, provider admin, or similar)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confidence using email, systems, and basic admin tools
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Police Clearance
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Interest in disability support and values-led work
