I’ve feel it too, the heaviness, the noise, the sense that everything feels a little too much right now.
Yoga doesn’t ask us to pretend we’re unaffected. Instead it offers us a way to stay steady within ourselves.✨
In yoga we call this Pratyahara, the practice of gently drawing our attention inward away from the external distractions of life. 🙏📿
This might look like stepping away from the news, putting my phone down, taking time out in nature, or coming to your own personal practice in times of uncertainty and overwhelm. ✨
Not to disconnect from the world, but to care for yourself enough to be able to step back into it with inner strength and clarity. ❤️✨
