2025 — A Defining Year for Men’s Talk AU
A year of growth. Visibility. Impact.
And most importantly — connection.
We saw firsthand what’s possible when men are met where they’re at and given permission to talk, move, connect, and seek support.
🔹 March – Beach Dodgeball Tournament
We started the year with energy, movement, and purpose.
Our Beach Dodgeball event carried a deeper message:
Men are often dodging and ducking around their mental health. This event showed that facing it together can be powerful, fun, and safe.
🔹 National Presence & Leadership
This year we took WA innovation to the national stage, presenting at:
• Su***de Prevention Australia Conference (Perth)
• National Gathering (Brisbane)
🔹 WA Men’s Wellbeing Conference
Partnering with we hosted the most attended conference in its three-year history — proof that meaningful conversations around men’s wellbeing are gaining momentum.
🔹 Katitjin Blue Mind Place Hubs
Thanks to overwhelming demand, the Mental Health Commission of WA extended our pilot program.
Hundreds of men connected with services — especially at the Scarborough Beach Hub — showing place-based support works.
🔹 Monty the Man Van – A WA First
Our mobile outreach van rolled into worksites, sports clubs, and community spaces — taking the conversation directly to where men are.
It’s about reducing stigma and increasing access.
🔹 Swim For Life 2025
Our 7th annual swim broke all records:
💰 Over $253,000 raised
🏊♂️ Largest number of swimmers
📻 First-ever live radio broadcast from
But most of all, it brought people together — in purpose and support.
As we head into our fifth year, the momentum is undeniable.
In 2026, Men’s Talk AU will launch new, bold initiatives to support men’s mental health across WA — from city to coast.
Let’s keep the conversation going. Let’s keep showing up.
Men’s mental health support is strongest when it’s local, visible, and built around real connection.
