Last night, I offered a short healing session to my partner. He has been carrying so much lately… the long hours at work, the pressure of the Christmas season, managing a team during the busiest time of the year, people leaving, responsibilities piling up — and still showing up every day as a father of two. It’s been a lot for his body, his mind, and his heart.
