Friday Discovery Tours - End of the line. Participants travelled to Midland today and visited the new station. The tour then proceeded to The Museum of Natural History & Academy of Taxidermy, situated in Guildford, showcasing extensive, high-quality taxidermy displays of Australian native animals, marine life, and reptiles, alongside dinosaur models. Located in the heritage-listed former Regent Theatre, providing an educational insight into conservation and wildlife. The tour concluded with lunch at The Guildford Hotel.

Friday Discovery Tours...End of the Line Participants had a rewarding experience today, commencing with a trip to Mandurah that provided valuable knowledge for future independent travel. They then returned to Cockburn Station for a pleasant lunch at the Royal Cafe, a venue that comes highly recommended. Despite the warmth, participants demonstrated remarkable resilience.

Friday's Discovery Tours...End of the line. Today, our journey began at Cannington Station, continuing to Carslie station for an inspection of The Long Park's facilities, including BBQs, equipment, and seating. The group then proceeded to Byford for a well-deserved lunch at the Four Seasons Patisserie Cafe and Bakery, which is only a short stroll from the station. All participants appreciated the air-conditioned train ride back while engaging in conversation amongst themselves. It was a perfect day out.

Friday's Discovery Tour....End of the line. Today, we departed from Optus Stadium Station and proceeded to Fremantle.
En route, we passed through Perth, Subiaco, Karrakatta, Claremont, and Cottesloe, highlighting the significance of each stop. We walked to the E Shed markets and enjoyed browsing and a lovely lunch before heading back. Participants engaged in conversation with fellow passengers and thoroughly enjoyed the social outing.

1st Discovery Tours for 2026....End of the line. Today, we evaluated transportation options with participants experiencing the Yanchep Line firsthand. We examined the process of tagging on and off and discussed notable features along the route, including a book exchange catering to avid readers and direct access to Joondalup Shopping Centre. Participants thoroughly enjoyed the social outing.

We might have been slow to be on Facebook but we have been around for the past 5 years as a positive significant service for people with disabilities in the NDIS.

We come from diverse professional backgrounds including many allied health professions, extensive experience in housing, the trades, employment, event management and sports, all of which give depth, scope and experience to our participants.
