We have already hosted five successful school excursions with wonderful feedback like:
💬 “We had such a great morning! We’d love to come back another time with an older group for more learning.”
💬 “It was fantastic — Ping did a great job interacting with the children!”

Our excursions are designed to be both fun and educational, and can be adjusted to fit the teacher’s curriculum needs. Here’s what your students can enjoy:

✨ A beautiful, newly renovated community space with 12 metres of creative, interactive murals showcasing how Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) works.
📚 Engaging educational talks and displays to explore featuring historical, reference, and medical examples of TCM.
☯️ A demonstration of acupuncture and cupping.
🎨 A covered outdoor area with a kitchenette and plenty of tables — perfect for activities like calligraphy or origami.
🌳 A state-of-the-art nature playground set among beautiful grounds.
🌿 An extensive herb garden with QR codes that explain each plant’s TCM properties.
🧘 A Tai Chi or Qigong class where students can experience thousand-year-old exercises for health and wellbeing, giving the children vital mindfulness skills to deal with stress.

Craving salt? Low energy, weak bladder or aching joints. These could be signs of a kidney imbalance.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the “kidney” function goes far beyond the physical kidneys. It governs reproduction, growth, development, and nourishes the brain, joints, and bones with qi and blood.

According to the Five Elements theory, a craving for salty foods can signal kidney weakness — a gentle reminder to pay attention to your kidney health. Interestingly, it’s not always about avoiding salt. In fact, eating a little salty food in the morning can help draw out kidney qi and energize the body.
