Did you know that eating to be healthy and eating to lose weight are not related to each other???
You can eat too much healthy food and still put on bodyfat weight over time...PLUS... You could also eat a diet that may not be the healthiest for you however if the total calories in it are less than you burn off over time you will stioll lose bodyfat weight?!?! - Food For Thought :)

Did you know???
The most amount of weight you can put on from eating a 200 gram bar of chocolate is............... 200 grams!!!
It is impossible to put on more weight from eating foods than the foods actually weigh themselves. If you want to lose bodyfat weight and not just water weight, focus on your TOTAL CALORIE INTAKE. How it is made up is still up to you whether you healthy or not, but weight loss/gain is purely affected by calorie totals, not food types! - Food for Thought :)

Set yourself little goals with your training & diet and every few weeks evaluate your results.
