I'm all about balance in the diet, and quick, convenient options are sometimes a necessity, but I'm definitely always making sure my patients are across how to read nutrition panels and move away from marketing 'buzz words', in this case superfood! Working through what a patient likes to eat and finding nutritious, well-balanced meals/snacks to meet their individual requirements and goals is what it's all about 🙌🍓

The more time I spend in clinical private practice, the more I realise just how many women are struggling with their health and nutrition. Adding to that the struggle to decipher the multitude of confusing mesages on the internet and social media, and not knowing where to get genuine, research-based advice and support.

So, while I'll continue to help anyone and everyone meet their health goals, I will be focusing more on women's health and helping women of all life stages find the right information, treatment and support they need 💕

Dietitians Day! Started with my go-to breakfast 🥑🍳, then a full clinic with a variety of patients... including a pre-bariatric patient, and finished with a good hit of omega-3s 🍣 and resveratrol🍷for my 13th wedding anniversary 😂 😍
