Boy oh boy 😧

We are literally living in history right now, and it can be so fkn overwhelming if you don’t know how to handle it.

Families and relationships literally being torn apart 🔥

Opinions and statements being highly judged, and a fk load of information that is emotionally targetting us from the inside out.

What’s this world come to? What do we trust, what do we believe? HECK I don’t even know anymore, I’m hurting, people are hurting, we are ALL feeling it in some way shape or form. 🥺

I want you to know that you are not alone, this message is to comfort you, in that 80% of the population is also feeling lost and mislead right now. A whole bunch of confusion. 🤷‍♂️

Do you know how I try cope with it all? PERSPECTIVE! When you understand and ACCEPT that everything that is happening is meant to happen the exact way that it is happening, you UNLOCK the next level.

You live out the “art of not giving a f***” Begin to live for right NOW and literally nothing else. This moment, this encounter, this minute, you will NOT have ever again. ⏰

Lead by example, and start vibrating as HIGH as you can, build your energy field far and wide, so everyone around you can feel it and react to it.

It’s tough out there right now, food shortages, business foreclosures, illness and people not being able to see their own families.

I WANT YOU TO KNOW, THAT YOU MATTER.

Not anybody else, but you, you matter.

When you wake up in the morning, I want you to know that you matter.

When you don’t want to get out of bed, I want you to know that you matter.

I want you to understand that you matter, because what you do could change somebody’s life and what they could overcome.

I want you to know that you matter, because nobody ever told me that I matter until recently.

I want you to know that you matter, because you have people that are dependant on you right now.

You have the ability, and you have the tools, and the power, and all of the amazing characteristics that are on the inside of you. Are ready to come out and come to fruition, see you walk in your purpose, and what you were called to do.

Trust the process, prove them wrong, I need you to stay focused because all you have is YOU.

You can’t dream all day with no action, I’m challenging you, because you may feel like nobody is supporting you. I’m here to tell you, you can turn your dreams into a reality.

You have the ability to leave a legacy, I’m dependent on you to turn your dreams into a reality, even when nobody is clapping for you, BECAUSE I'M SUPPORTING YOU.

I know you can do it, I know you have it in you. 💟💟💟

It’s easy to live life in your COMFORT ZONE…

It’s easy to keep doing what you’re good at, every single day…

BUT nothing is MORE fulfilling and HUMBLING than working on the new things, or the things we don’t like as much…

The only way to get better at these things is to do them EVERY single day!

Stepping OUT of your comfort zone, is scary at first, but it’s oh so REWARDING!!

Nothing, will GROW in your comfort zone, so are you prepared to take a leap, and do what scares you most?

Sure you will encounter setbacks, but you will LEARN a whole lot along the way…

ATTAIN new skills, and broaden your comfort zone! What was once scary, or difficult is now easier and fun!

Do you remember as a kid, being able to tie your shoelace for the first time? That moment when you mastered it, you CELEBRATED it, and said LOOK LOOK, I did it! Wasn’t that liberating?

Now doing that task is second nature, and you don’t see it as an achievement, it’s the NORM!

If there’s one piece of advice I give to everyone, it’s this:

REDEFINE your normal, and keep reaching NEW levels by getting comfortable with being UNCOMFORTABLE!

That is where you GROW, that is where you DEVELOP!

Enjoy the process, the journey, the ups and the downs, it will all be worth it when you achieve it, just like tying your shoelace for the first time!

It's time to feel fab not flab... YOU need to make a change.
Believe me I know the mindset that you are currently in... I too was there.... but not anymore this is me now!!!

I too thought that it was all too hard.. I too thought that this was going to be the mum bod that I will be trapped in for the rest of my life.... little did i know that only a few months later I could have a new Bod!

You too can do it and I will be there every step of the way.

You can do anything , just because you haven’t yet doesn’t mean you can’t just means you haven’t figured out HOW OR haven’t stuck it out longer enough with the right tools or systems in place.

Most people I know who are really killing it in their field and people look from the outside and call them lucky or talented or make comments like they got in at the right time.

Sure maybe that’s a small % of it but what most don’t see is the ten failed business before this one working , or the 20 expensive risks they took trying to achieve their goal that didn’t work , people don’t see how hard they worked doing things they don’t want to just to save enough money to try again.

BUT the one thing they have in common is the NEVER GIVE UP and always find a way because if means that much to them.

So don’t give up after your 1st , 2nd or 15th go if it really means something to you , know that you haven’t found the right system , people , path of plan to get you there yet.
