The cost of losing self trust isn’t just indecision.
It’s waking up already tired.
It’s overthinking every choice, even small ones.
It’s asking everyone else what they think
because you don’t trust your own inner voice anymore.
It’s living in your head instead of your body.
Replaying conversations.

Second guessing what you said.

Wondering if you made the “wrong” call.

It’s feeling disconnected from your own life,
like you’re watching it happen instead of living it.

You can look “fine” on the outside.
Capable. Put together. Functioning.
And still feel completely lost on the inside.

That doesn’t mean you need fixing.
It means your nervous system has been carrying too much for too long.

It’s a safety issue.
And it’s heavy to carry alone.

✨️ You keep saying you’re fine.
But your nervous system knows you’re not.

The tension in your shoulders isn’t random.
The tightness in your chest isn’t “just stress.”
The exhaustion isn’t laziness, it’s overload.

Your body has been whispering for a long time.
Holding more than it was designed to carry.
Bracing. Clenching. Pushing through.

Survival mode taught you to minimise your pain.
To function instead of feel.

But fine is a mask you outgrew years ago.

Your body misses safety. Your mind misses quiet.
Your heart misses you. You weren’t meant to live clenched. You weren’t meant to carry constant tension.

You weren’t meant to call overwhelm “normal.”

You’ve been surviving, not living.
And your body is asking for relief.
Real relief.
