If you’re already second guessing yourself this week, pause here.
If you’re replaying conversations.
Overthinking decisions.
Feeling stressed, flat, or like you’re just ticking boxes and getting through the days on autopilot.
Nothing is wrong with you.
This is what happens when life starts running you, instead of you leading yourself through it.
Many women I work with describe it as feeling robotic.
Doing all the things.
Holding it together.
But quietly disconnected from themselves.
And the instinct in those moments is usually to push harder.
Try to be more organised.
More motivated.
More “on top of it.”
But that rarely helps.
Because the exhaustion isn’t coming from what you’re doing.
It’s coming from the place you’re doing it from.
Here’s what this looks like in real life:
You send a message. You make a decision.
You speak up, or hold back.
Then the loop starts.
Did I say too much?
Should I have handled that differently?
What if I got it wrong?
Nothing externally has changed.
But internally, you’ve gone into self-surveillance mode
Now imagine something different.
Instead of pushing through… you pause.
One breath. Shoulders soften.
And you remind yourself: I don’t need to overthink to be safe.
I matter.
From that place, the spiral loosens.
You stay present. You stay with yourself.
That’s the work.
Not fixing your personality.
Not becoming more confident overnight.
But choosing who you’re being when pressure shows up.
So this week, ask yourself:
✨️When I feel stressed or overwhelmed, who do I become?
✨️When I don’t have certainty, do I rush… or can I slow?
✨️When self-doubt appears, can I meet it with steadiness instead of force?
You don’t need to do more.
You need to come back to yourself.
Just for this week:
Choose how you want to meet your life, before it asks anything of you.
✨️➡️ If this resonates, comment with one word that names who you’re choosing to be this week 💛
Steady. Kind. Grounded. Present.
And let it be enough 💕
