NEW AHPRA GUIDELINES FOR NON-SURGICAL TREATMENTS!
Starting from July 1st, all aesthetic providers will be implementing these important changes to ensure your safety and satisfaction.
As an Injectables clinic, we value transparency and want to ensure our community is aware of the latest updates impacting our online presence. Ahpra, the governing body for healthcare providers, has introduced guidelines affecting both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic treatments.
◦ What to expect:
1. Price discussions and written/digital consent for treatments will now be mandatory. Your well-being and understanding are our top priorities.
2. An aesthetic assessment tool will be implemented before every treatment, ensuring personalized care and the best possible outcomes.
3. You will receive copies of your initial consent, aftercare requirements, and a treatment plan summary for your records. We want you to have all the information you need!
◦ Social Media Update:
1. We will no longer be able to use social media for promoting cosmetic procedures, including pricing and promotions. However, we will continue to showcase clear, unedited, and real before-and-after photos to demonstrate our expertise.
2. There will also be changes in the language and advertising regulations on social media platforms. Rest assured, this won't impact the exceptional care you receive in our clinic. Your bespoke experience remains unchanged!
◦ Important Note:
1. Half-syringe treatments have never been available with Elevate Aesthetics Au and will no longer be offered across all other clinics. This aligns with on-label product directions and Ahpra regulations, guaranteeing your safety and efficacy.
2. Any remaining portion of the syringe, if appropriate for your personalized treatment, will be utilized in a suitable area or disposed of responsibly.
