I've always had a genuine interest in wellness and optimising health 🌟 This curiosity ultimately led me to discover Hyperbaric Oxygen. 🫧🫧

Initially, I wanted to buy a home chamber for personal use, but soon realised the type of chamber I desired wasn't feasible. That's when the idea of Hyper 02 was born. 💭💭

I'm incredibly grateful that I was able to open Hyper O2. It has allowed me to meet many amazing people and be a part of their wellness journey. 🌈

Here are some tips and tricks to equalise your ears in a HBOT chamber.

Our chamber reaches a pressure of 2ATA, which is equivalent to a 10-meter dive. As the pressure increases in the chamber, it's necessary to equalise your ears regularly.

Feeling pressure in your ears is normal, but you shouldn't encounter ear pain. If you do experience pain, it's crucial to inform the technician. They can then slow down the pressure increase, allowing you time to equalise.
