👉🏼Speaking on stage at International Women’s Day in front of 400 women 🥹🥹
👉🏼Nutrition Seminar I loved seeing this gym. Chris and I go way back from when we both started. It was great getting to educate his members and meet the crew. I’m excited for more collaborations in the future.. hopefully 😉
👉🏼More new functional & metabolic nutrition coaching clients in-clinic with amazing life changing results.
On a personal level I also put myself first:
👉🏼Joined as my new gym and I’m loving the change. Getting 3-5 sessions a week.
👉🏼Family time was a top priority with a weekend down south for a family reunion, and weekend at the Crown with my lover
👉🏼 Got my DNA genetic test results and started making some changes, more to come! I love this stuff! Worth the investment for sure 10/10!
👉🏼 Holistic Wellness days with .australia (I now class networking as part of health, it’s important to surround yourself with like minded people and interests)
👉🏼 Had an appointment with yesterday to get on top of peri-menopause from the get go. Dr Niamh Leonard was amazing, I highly recommend her and we know I’m fussy in this space. So detailed and asked so many questions about health and lifestyle. The best 💃🏻
All in all a great month! Now for April, how are we 1/4 way into the year already 😳
What’s on the cards…. Massive new recipe dump into our recipe web app tomorrow with 24 new amazing recipes for all active 👌🏼
👉🏼12 week metabolism rest continues with lots of education for the crew!
👉🏼 New gym partnerships 😏 you know it!
👉🏼 2 weeks of school holidays to enjoy family time, worlds greatest gift. Time up North in the sun ☀️ can’t wait!
