Hi Everyone!

I have decided to close The Naturopath Shop business page. In the last few months I have tried to change the business name of the page, but without any success.

I have given you a link to my new business page. It will be same content, but the name will be more aligned to my philosophies.

Thank you so much for all of your 'likes' and 'comments' over the last 5 years. But you can still continue them on my new one below. Hope to see you there!

Food is often used as an award or instant gratification. It can be hard to educate the brain and senses that swapping mashed potato for salad and steamed vegetables can make a huge difference.
The trick is to make small changes. Changes that are so small that you won’t fail....

I have never been well since?
Does this resonate with you?
No matter what degree of health imperfection you may be feeling, there was a time that you felt good!
Or maybe not?
This is a huge question I ask all my clients. It’s a simple exercise you can do yourself to.
1. Draw a line on a piece of paper
2. Write birth at the start of the line and then today’s age on the end of the line.
3. Next fill in the gaps
4. Write down every major health condition or sickness you have had (according to your age)
5. Any operations you have had
6. Emotional events (trauma, accidents, death of loved ones, divorce- you get the picture)
7. Is there a connection?
8. What was happening in your world that lead to this point?
9. Doing this exercise puts things into perspective. Found any a-ha moments?
