🧠🩷🫀Your reality is something you are constantly co-creating with your mind, your emotions, and your level of awareness. Including the relationship with your self. This last concept is the KEY 🔑

When your mind and heart work together, manifestation becomes less about control and more about alignment. Manifesting means you are allowing life to respond to a clear, grounded, and open inner state that begins to form within your mind.

Each thought activates neural pathways, each belief organizes perception, and each emotional state influences physiological responses. The heart brings coherence, truth, and direction.

This is why mental health is such an essential part of the manifestation process. The clearer your mind, the more intentional your creations. The more tuned in your mind is with the natural wisdom of your heart chakras, the more aligned your decisions. So, the more you understand your inner world, the more consciously you participate in shaping your reality.

Supporting mental health, for me, is part of supporting conscious creation. When the mind and heart operate in harmony, individuals engage with life from a place of clarity, stability, and alignment, allowing reality to reflect a more integrated and meaningful inner state.

Un ciclo terminó en Abril 2026 ✨️✨️✨️🌈 este ciclo duró 3 años y ha transformado la forma en que vos manifestas tu realidad, porque en los últimos 3 años el universo te ha practicamente forzado a preguntarte ¿QUÉ DESEAS DE VERDAD? se te ha pedido que identifiques esos viejos deseos que respondian a tus egos y sistema de creencias familiar para que descubras en tu corazón (en lo invisible y silencioso) tu verdadera voz 🩷 ahora que ya sabes lo que quieres (para los que no se resistieron a los cambios e hicieron la tarea 😆) el próximo paso será redefinir tu IDENTIDAD ya no desde lo personal pero en la forma que interactúas con el GRUPO. Over the last two years, something very deep has been unfolding within us, depending on where does Piscis seats in your chart (astrological houses) it may affect you differently, although collectively as humanity we share a few things in common to all that I will share in the slides of this post 🧭

The conjunction of Mars and Saturn in Pisces opened a powerful opportunity to rewrite the Akashic Records 🌐

The last two years many of us felt called to travel, to return to places that held meaning beyond this lifetime 🗻

The purpuse for travelling had nothing to do with leasure but as an answer to the inner call to self-discovery, to reconnect, to remember, to heal ⛩️

This whole cycle has been guiding us to bring awareness to:

what we really want, from deeply in the heart and the magic of the spirit.

the journey also brought many questions to what we identified as our real needs

the experiences that unfolded right after the peak activations demanded discerment from your part, the ego had to be put aside for a little while

Now, as this cycle closes, the shift can be feelt as a more structured and conscious way of manifesting reality ✨

I have students located all around the world, it makes me very emotional to learn that the certificates I made are now hanging on the wall of countries located so far away to where I orginally come from 🥹🩷

More training for me 🤓💡📚 thanks to Sydel from www.mentalhealthstation.org Freo 🩷 getting training in seems never ending but the reality is we're always learning, new challenges arise, new understandings emerge and also society EVOLVES, in some ways it reaches new levels of complexity. Even after years of workinh in this field, there is always more to discuss and reflect with your colleagues, something more to observe from another point of view and integrate 🌈🧬

The human brain, the human experience on Earth it's a beautiful mystery,
