Writing down your goals helps you to get clarity and to know exactly what you want to achieve.

It gives you motivation and you will focus on the priorities that helps you achieve your goals faster and easier.

When you define your goals, you give yourself a target to reach and a timeline to achieve them.

For a long time, living overseas was in my wishing list. Every beginning of the year it was listed under my future goals.

After getting married my dream came true, hubby and I moved to Australia, living behind family and friends that we love a lot. It was tough, specially in first years,- I missed my life in Brazil, I wanted to go back to my family, I had only my husband to support me, I did not have English and was desperate to communicate. But I did not give up.

So years passed, I made new friends, we got a house, we settle in this marvellous place; English was improving so the type of jobs that I was working as well!❀️

Finally I can say after 11 years, my life is so much better. I love my job, my students, my studies. I have lots of besties that I care, respect and love. I have a beautiful family. 🀩

I am bringing with me for 2022 only good things about last year. I am carrying memories, knowledge, my friendship, my family and lots of love.

I am looking forward to share with you my postpartum journey, the exercises that I am slowly introducing to make my body strong.

I am so excited to share not only this but all the information I am learning from the diastasis recti course that I am doing. ( - while I breastfeed I am watching the courses videos).πŸ™ˆ

Learn. Review it. Do it! πŸ’ͺ🏼 Although I haven’t finished the Barre 2.0 course, I always feel inspired and use some of their sequences in my classes. πŸ˜…

Here is a short, but very efficient sequence that will keep your body burning calories for longer.

I am using the medium strength mini band. Feel free to pick the band that will challenge you.

If you don’t have bands in hands, could be weights, elastic tubes…
