We’re building a community where support flows freely—from one mom to another. 🌿

When you receive love, care, and a helping hand, you’re empowered to pass it on.

Together, we’re creating happier beginnings, stronger families, and a future where support is the norm—not the exception. 💞

Let’s lift each other up. One mama at a time.

My first event of the year is here 🙌

Expand your community in 2023 by joining a circle of women for a morning by the sea

Feel free to share! Bring your gals along for a morning in the company of incredible women 🥰

We will be getting in that beautiful morning vitamin D ☀️ while practicing a guided meditation to the sound of the ocean 🌊

Then we will do some mindful intention setting for the new year (focus on intention - not "goals") - What do you need to start implementing now to reach your highest potential and most content self this year? This will accompany some time to share your intentions with the women around you ❤️

Then it's time for a swim! Jetty jumping, swimming, having fun and being kids again 🏵️

After our swim I'll be providing some yummy home made snacks to nourish our bodies as we enter the day 🌅

$15 per person - DM me for details

Whether you're planning a hospital birth, planned caesarean, birth centre, home birth or free birth, it can be helpful to plan ahead and pack a birth bag, so you have the essentials (and non-essentials) covered for your planned or potential arrival in hospital. The sense of control provided ...

If you will be birthing through WAs hospital system and you feel you would benefit from the support of two people during labour and birth, feel free to use this template as a guide to send to your hospital/team ❤️

🤰Pregnant women of WA! You deserve to have your chosen support persons with you in labour.

🤦‍♀️ Currently the government health directives state that you are only permitted one essential labour support person - which we all know is an absurd restriction to place on birthing women & their partners.

📢 Change does not happen if we are submissive and stay quiet. Consumers (Aka BIRTHING WOMEN) need to make noise.

💥 💥 💥

I’ve drafted an email template that you can use to email your hospital’s consumer liaison officer to request consideration for a second support person. ✍️

📧 THIS IS A FREE TEMPLATE - see Google doc link here 👇🏼

In my element ✨

A while back Alex snapped this photo of me while I was baking for a new mum. I had no idea he even took it until today.

We were in the depths of buying and moving into our first home together, I was so overwhelmed with life and I received an order from a friend who wanted to gift some food to a friend of hers.

I remember being in the kitchen that day and having all the stress of buying a home just melt away. Alex was there with me with Sunny sitting and watching us. We just chatted and he helped me stir the dough (I need to buy a kitchen aid - my lil arms get tired when Alex isn't around 😅).

The kitchen is truly the heart of our home. Now we have our own home with our own lil kitchen that I get to cook from.

Seeing this photo now made me so appreciative of the work I get to do. Creating magical, healing, delicious foods, meeting so many new faces and the baby snuggles along the way makes me feel so blessed.

If you have ordered from me in the past, thank you. You are helping me to live my dream 🌼🧚‍♀️💖

The 5 senses of relaxation during pregnancy and birth (plus the essential 6th sense)

Stimulating our senses during pregnancy and birth to promote feelings of relaxation can play a huge role in our birth experience.

Slide through this post to see just some of the ways you can use your senses throughout your journey 🤍

Did you use any of these throughout your pregnancy or labour?

There are calls for doulas to be considered part of the birthing team as pregnant women are denied requests for a second support person in NSW hospitals.

Interested in homebirthing but want to see some statistics and evidence to make you/your loved ones feel confident in your decision?

🙌 Here you go 🙌

Based on the questions I have been asked, here are some statistics about home birth that provide evidence on why it is a SAFE option 🏡

✨ My discussions on home birth are not to make those who choose to birth in hospital feel like they have made the wrong choice. There are benefits and risks associated with any chosen place of birth. It is about what risks you are comfortable with and what benefits outweigh other risks for you.

I am 💯% supportive of all birth choices.

It is my souls purpose to ensure you make decisions that align with you and make you feel safe.

It is also my souls purpose to ensure you are given every option so you can make informed decisions.
