Our Story
Our Pilates Practitioners can teach you how to move more efficiently, reducing pain and preventing injury. Concentration and integration of the mind and body are the foundations of the Performance Pilates Rehabilitation and Exercise Programs. The benefits are that your body will feel, look and perform at its best.
Our unique program targets the pelvic floor and deep stabilising muscles of the trunk and incorporates efficient diaphragmatic breathing. This ensures that the spine is adequately supported while promoting safe, efficient movement of the entire body and relieving pain. We use specially designed, spring loaded equipment to assist you to correct faulty movement patterns through neuromuscular re-education. Exercises are progressed to challenge strength, endurance and dynamic stability, fully integrating movement of the spine with the extremities to achieve optimal performance.
