Please like and share this page for my brand new Physiotherapy clinic, opening soon!
Who am I?
I am an NHS trained Physiotherapist with 9 years of varied experience within public and private musculoskeletal settings as well as Aged care. 3 years in the UK and over 4 years in Australia.
What makes my clinic different?
I am a small boutique physiotherapy clinic offering longer appointment times to listen, understand and work with you as a team on the right management for you with the right mix of hands on treatment, education and exercise therapy! You will never feel rushed, and I will always go the extra mile.
My Philosophy is centred around working in partnership with you to achieve your goals. My focus is on taking the time to listen, provide education and develop a holistic, individualised treatment plan and guiding you through to a full recovery where you can continue to live your best life! I view body function holistically and will advise on long term management to avoid recurrence of injury.
What is Physiotherapy?
A science-based profession which requires a degree level of study. Assessment and treatment to restore, maintain and maximise movement, strength and mobility, reduce pain and manage or prevent acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
What can I expect?
An initial assessment involves specific tests to assess your joints and muscles, which help to diagnose the problem. I can then use your individual results to work together with you to safely and gradually progress with hands-on treatment, education and exercise to manage the issue and maximise your rehabilitation and reach your personal goals.
