protein choc banana bread 🍫🍌
soft, chocolatey, and secretly packed with protein, this is the banana bread you’ll want on repeat.
made with nuud unflavoured protein, so it boosts the macros without changing the flavour.
ingredients
* 150g oat flour (blended oats)
* 1 serve nuud unflavoured protein
* 3 large ripe bananas
* 2 eggs
* 50g maple syrup / honey / sweetener of choice
* 160g greek yoghurt
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 60–80g dark chocolate
* 10g walnuts
* pinch of salt
* cinnamon
method
1. mash bananas until smooth (the riper, the sweeter). whisk in eggs, sweetener and yoghurt.
2. fold in oat flour, nuud protein, baking powder and salt until just combined.
3. stir through dark chocolate, walnuts and cinnamon (save some for the top).
4. pour into a lined loaf tin and sprinkle remaining choc + walnuts on top.
5. bake at 180°c for 45–50 mins. cool slightly, slice and enjoy.
stores well for 3–4 days (or longer in the fridge)… if it lasts that long 😏
