It's been awhile guys. I've been busy working on something which I'm really passionate about.

Some of you would know that over the last couple of decades I've had some pretty big challenges & changes in my life.

Some people thrive on challenges & change...well not me! This mindset has impacted my health and wellness.

I have spent some years now working on soul searching, self discovery, my health, and finding ways to learn to embrace challenges and changes so I can find wellness again!

So I want to share with others my learnings and how I have been able to come out on top 💜

If you struggle with challenges, changes or just looking to find ways to support your health & wellness then I have created a new group on Facebook. "Embracing Changes for Wellness" It's only new but it will build over time and my hope is for it to grow as a sharing & caring community of like-minded people and that you will find strategies to help you cope with life and lifes challenges! Because let's face it there are some rippers!

Who's working from home? How are you finding it? Easy or stressful? What are you doing to help with cabin fever and keep your stresses down?

Working from home is pretty stressful for me. You get so complacent with everything at your finger tips that when it's not there it's like...what! Help I can't cope 🤦‍♀️ sooooo many emails. 😢
I must say I am soooo grateful I no longer have small kiddos...no way I could work from home & look after them too! Hats off to those of you that are currently doing that now 🙌

My daily stress relief is yoga in the morning to loosen up this old body before sitting 8 hours at a computer and finishing my day off with a walk around tge duck pond and meditation before bed...oh and diffusing my stress-away essential oil! It's my life line ATM.

Working from home is proving challenging to say the least, but there is an upside, I can experiment with my essential oils to find some great blends for focus and clarity!

So far I have used:
Peppermint 🌱and Clarity (already a blended essential oil)
Peppermint 🌱and Lemon 🍋
Lemon 🍋and Lime 🍈
🤔 what will tomorrow's blend be? 😊

Someone else is enjoying the blends too 🐱, not to much focus happening here though 🤣💤

So yesterday I made a couple of roller bottles, a grief blend 💔 and a torn shoulder blend. 💪
I am loving the art of blending, working out what the best essential oils are to use to help support people with their needs. 💜 Everyone is different so it's not a 1 fix all kinda thing 💜
🤔 Now who would of thought I'd be doing chemistry at my age!🤣

Life is very strange & definitely different at the moment...but with social distancing some of us may actually find ourselves and what truly is important to us as individuals...normally life is so busy doing this & doing that, that we rarely have time to stop & smell the 🌹🌹🌹
You never know you may very well discover passion you didn't know you had 🥰 or has been lost, because of the crazy busy lives we live 🤪🤦‍♀️ 😢

Happy Sunday! 🤔while I'm social distancing I decided to do a little experiment and used my aromatheraphy pendulum to select my oils 🤣 so these are the oils I'm diffusing today ❤. Looking them up all immune supporting (that toally cracked me up🤣🤣🤣) but what I took away from my awesome reference book was these are all calming, grounding and balancing 😊...just what I needed. I chose blue for my diffuser to match the oils intentions...calming 🥰
