Last night after my guest had his Reiki Healing I gifted a treat.
I pulled an Angel Message, we had to laugh, the Angels name was Teresa ( my own name!) Of all the cards that could have come out!

I thought I would share the message as a collective as I've been receiving a running theme with the same message with Healing Work I've been doing behind the scenes ( more to follow ).
The reoccurring theme is, slow down, take time out, take rest when needed, pull back, take a nap if you need to.

Two channelled messages that came through on two different healing sessions were " Do Little" and "Walk through life slowly"

Our physical bodies are struggling, experiencing extreme fatigue and exhaustion as they adapt to new energies, huge influxes of higher light, new frequencies and higher levels of consciousness pouring in from the planetary body.

As we leave the old dense energies and old ways, new foundations and dimensions are coming in, our bodies have to adapt and integrate, hence the exhaustion.

Full Moon in Libra, known as the Pink Moon.

Libra represents the scales of balance and justice⚖️

Themes for this Lunar Cycle are Balance, Relationships, Justice and Peace.

Where can you create more balance and peace within not only your relationship with others but within yourself.

This full moon is hilighting relationships.
We have many relationships.
Relationship with self, with family, friends and loved ones, with money, food, health and our mindset ect

Set some new healthy boundaries and refuse to settle for anything less.
This may mean relationships may go through a change.

Remember your biggest relationship is with yourself.
