One of the things I’m ( Andre Bucci ) most proud of at ORCA Recruitment is the leadership team we have built.

I’m proud to work alongside Lloyd Bucci and Harley MK , leading a dedicated team that supports our clients across Australia.

Sometimes our clients’ workloads are so large and fast-moving that even with a strong workforce, the demand can exceed the available talent pool. That’s the reality of major construction and mining projects.

But at ORCA Recruitment , we do things differently.

Our directors all came from the floor. We understand the pressure on site, the urgency of deadlines, and what it takes to keep projects moving.

Customer service isn’t just something we talk about — it’s something we live.

When a client calls with a position that needs to be filled, you can count on more than just recruiters working behind desks.

As we start to wind down and reflect, we want to take a moment to say a huge THANK YOU to our incredible office crew and field teams.

To our office staff — the strong coffee's in the morning, late calls, juggling rosters, mobilisations, paperwork, and a hundred moving parts behind the scenes… none of it goes unnoticed. You are the engine room that keeps ORCA moving every single day. 🖥️📞💪

To our field workers (the pod!) — the early starts, long shifts, shutdowns, FIFO swings, heat, dust, pressure and professionalism you bring to site day in and day out is nothing short of outstanding. You represent ORCA with pride, grit and a can-do attitude, and we couldn’t be prouder. 🦺⚙️🔥

This year brought some big wins — moments we’re genuinely proud of — and also some valuable learnings that will only make us stronger. We’ve grown, adapted, and continued to raise the bar together.
Most importantly, we’ve done it as a team.

We’re already pumped for 2026 🚀

🎄❤️ THIS is what community looks like ❤️🎄

Today, ORCA Recruitment (Australia) alongside ASSSA had the absolute honour of donating a FULL TRAILER of toys to the The Salvation Army Rockingham🎁🚛

What we witnessed today was pure magic ✨
Smiles. Laughter. Happy tears. Kids full of excitement.
And yes… Santa was there spreading the Christmas cheer 🎅🎄

The Salvos are out there 365 days a year, quietly doing the hard yards for families and individuals doing it tough — and today was a powerful reminder of just how important their work is, especially during the festive season ❤️

We are honestly blown away by the generosity of our sponsors, supporters, partners and community. This toy drive was fueled by big hearts, selfless giving and a shared belief that no child should miss out on the joy of Christmas 🎁✨
