I posted this one in my stories yesterday but I had a few ladies message me in regard to is it good for pelvic floor issues and I’m a thumbs up.
Manage what you can, start light but combined with some good old pelvic floor strengthening exercises this can help boost those muscles.
Skipping for 15mins will burn over 200 calories and just eats up that excess energy. It’s not easy (many mistakes and rope body slaps occurbut benefits are a plenty…. strengthens bones, increases agility, improves coordination, great for heart health the list goes on… it’s also time efficient and super easy to take with you anywhere.
