are you a slow starter? 👀

if you have to keep the warm up a little less intense to maintain nasal breathing, remove the ego and keep it slower, it’ll be worth it in the long run, I promise 🫁

sneak peek into another breath coach workshop 👀

a huge thank you to for inviting me to come down today to talk all things breath. I went full geek mode, we talked breathing for enhanced performance, better recovery, mindset & staying calm under pressure when competing.

I absolutely love this sh*t, helping athletes take their game to the next level lights me up. I can’t wait to see this awesome crew smash their goals in 2026, huge year ahead for team
