Weโ€™re hiring a Reception Manager to join the team at Body Balancing Nutrition in West Perth.

This is more than a front desk role. Weโ€™re looking for someone warm, organised, proactive, and confident in a busy clinic environment. Youโ€™ll help keep the clinic running smoothly, support our practitioners, care for our clients, manage bookings and enquiries, and bring a calm, professional presence to every day.

If you have at least 2 years of experience in a busy clinic, medical, or allied health reception environment, and you love helping people feel supported from the very first interaction, weโ€™d love to hear from you.

Details:

Location: 22 Emerald Terrace, West Perth WA 6005
Employment basis: 12-month fixed term, parental leave replacement
Days: 4 days (Tuesday to Friday), or 5 days (Tuesday to Saturday)

Youโ€™ll be someone who loves people, learns quickly, uses initiative, keeps the wheels turning, and brings great energy to our beautiful team.
