Good processes build great companies, and Terri Kucina is right at the heart of ours.

Terri has been with AWE for six years, commencing as an Administrator and rapidly advancing through several roles, to currently our Head of Process Governance. With a background that spans everything from operating haul trucks and graders on mine sites to leading business systems and strategy, she brings a rare mix of hands-on experience and big-picture thinking.

She keeps AWE aligned, efficient and moving forward, and loves the challenge of helping shape a growing, forward-thinking company. Terri also credits the supportive executive team and strong culture for making AWE such a rewarding place to lead.

Outside of work, you’ll find her with her musician husband, at gigs, playing music at home or getting outdoors whenever she can.

A true leader who helps keep AWE built to go beyond.

Sandra leads with purpose, ambition and heart, and she’s a big part of what makes AWE built to go beyond.
