How do you feel today? 🔋
We don’t possess the same level of energy every day, and that’s perfectly fine. You have the right to adjust your daily rhythm based on your feelings and your body’s needs. After all, we aren’t machines. 🤖We train ourselves to perform well daily, yet sometimes we neglect to listen to our bodies. Some days, we feel energized and ready to reach for the stars, while other days are meant for relaxation.
So today, I encourage you to turn inward and reflect: How am I feeling today? What do I need—rest or action? Then, take the appropriate steps. 👣
