We’re so excited to introduce our brand new 8-week after-school program for teens (12–17yrs) — To the Beat.
It’s all about tuning into your own rhythm, through mindful movement, yoga, creativity, and art-making.
Each week we’ll explore one of the 7 principles of mindfulness, with hands-on art activities, connection, and space to slow down, breathe, and express yourself.
A highlight of the program will be working alongside local guest artist , learning new techniques and creative approaches while connecting with others in a fun, relaxed environment.
