ABOUT:
This is a bit of history on how my journey came about.. I have been making custom cakes for many years now using only the freshest & best ingredients, from there I began adapting recipes for clients with special dietary needs (eg gluten free, vegan, FODMAP etc). Over the years I've grown increasingly concerned with the amount of additives/fats/sugars in snack foods & the adverse effect they have on our bodies & minds (especially my children!!!). All while trying to maintain balance in my families diet, even though there is ALWAYS cakes being naked in my kitchen.. Snack sized goodies that taste great, AND pack a powerful punch in the nutritional department! Oh and the kids LOVE them too.. During this time, my best friend (my fun, nature loving hippie!) became a herbalist & through MANY discussions & research of different adverse effects of chemicals in our skincare & household cleaners. It was only a natural progression to formulating my own body products, using only natural, family friendly ingredients. So after a lot of trials, many fails, some small wins & A LOT of tweaking I have finally produced a range of products that has met the approval of all 4 of my kids, 1 patient & wonderful husband & many amazing friends who were all my Guinea pigs.. A deep heartfelt thank you to each & everyone one of you.. These are what I'd like to share with you. I hope you like them as much as we do.. Xx
