At Pindari Restoration House, we aim to transform men in need into people who understand themselves, their value and achievement, and who can live a fullness of life with a stronger connection with God. Addiction rarely starts with “bad choices” - it often starts with real life pressures.

One thing every person struggling with addiction has in common is pain - emotional, psychological, or physical.

Grief, trauma, relationship breakdowns, mental illness, financial stress, and isolation are often the drivers to substance use. Drugs and alcohol are frequently used as a way to cope, numb, or escape that pain - even if only temporarily

Many people don’t start using substances “to get addicted.”

They often begin for reasons like:
• wanting to relax
• fitting in socially

Our program provides a high level of individual care for residents. We are a boutique high care rehabilitation centre at a budget price. Pindari has excellent facilities and an intensive therapuetic program that would be hard to rival in Perth Western Australia.

Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone!
After more than a year without a licence, Jacob has officially got his licence back and that’s just the beginning.
Over the course of his journey at Pindari, Jacob has:
✅ Paid off more than $20,000 in fines/debts
✅ Secured consistent employment and is now working 4 days a week
✅ Stepped up as a leader within the program
✅ Supported and encouraged other residents in their recovery
More importantly, Jacob has done the deep work. Through the curriculum & counselling, he has faced and worked through the trauma of his past. He has learnt valuable tools and practical strategies to deal with life’s challenges in healthy, sustainable ways.
He is now preparing to move into Transition Housing — the final stage of the program — a huge achievement and a testament to his commitment and hard work.
Jacob, we are proud of you and how far you’ve come. Your resilience, leadership and willingness to give back to others speaks volumes. This is what real transformation looks like.

This week we welcomed the team from Curtin University to Pindari House to officially wrap up our involvement in an important sleep study in the Alcohol & Other Drug (AOD) sector.

At Pindari, we’re committed to being at the forefront of innovation and research in Residential AOD Rehabilitation. Our reputation, strong program, and the outcomes we see in our residents are why leading institutions like Curtin partner with us.

We don’t just want strong results today. We want to help shape better treatment approaches for the future and improve recovery pathways across WA and beyond.
