We laugh, we sweat (without even realising 🤣) and we build friendships along the way.

For those who don’t know me — I’m Caz, and I started Jungle Body with Caz Beauty’s in January 2025. What started small is growing into the most amazing, supportive community ❤️

I’m a mum of two — my eldest is 18 with special needs, and my 15-year-old daughter who also helps assist in classes. It truly is a family vibe.

I’ve got a LOT of energy, and I’m never afraid to embarrass myself if it helps someone feel comfortable and smile.

My hubby (who shares the same birthday as me!) is usually there filming these videos and cheering us on — he’s definitely part of the Beauty’s crew 🤣
