Life throws challenges, but we rise above them! Medical Tests confirmed bursitis and a partial tear in my right shoulder, but that’s not stopping me. I’ve started working on rock climbing with one arm, focusing on building strength, balance, and resilience.Every challenge is an opportunity to grow stronger, mentally and physically. Grateful for the journey and determined to keep moving forward towards my Everest dream!

🏔️ New skill learning begins! 🧗‍♂️

Excited to share that I’ve started indoor climbing! Taking on this new challenge to build strength, focus, and resilience—one climb at a time.

Looking forward to seeing how this adventure shapes my journey towards Everest. Grateful for every step (and grip) along the way!

🎄 Work Christmas Party Day 🎉

Today was our work Christmas party, but the choice was easy—I hit the stairs instead! 💪 For the first time, I attempted 100 floors, and I’m so grateful I pushed myself to achieve it.

What a beautiful way to end the day and gear up for the weekend! 🌟

A friend who is planning for a trip to Mt. Kilimanjaro reached out about training involved.

Training for Mt. Kilimanjaro or similar mountains less than 6000 m involves 🏔️ three things:

💪 Strength: Train your body with hikes, stair climbing, and leg exercises.
🏃‍♂️ Stamina: Build endurance with activities like running, cycling, or swimming.
🧘‍♂️ Mindfulness: Stay focused and calm with breathing exercises and mental preparation.

With consistency and determination, you can conquer any mountain. 🌟
