⚡️Visualise a colour of light in each hand
⚡️Inhale pull hands apart exhale bring together feel the energy repeat repeat repeat
⚡️Rotate to one side inhale and exhale descending the energy, visualising the light charging your core energy
Feel the heat and energy grow.

Yayyyy! Pleased to receive my certificate ! I don't normally express my achievements.. all part of conditioning I guess. Not this time, pat on the back for me🤣. Thanks to Amber for a well structured supportive course. So, anyone interested in knowing more? Nearby or far away I will start offering Introductory readings in 2026. This is over Zoom. The initial 30 minute one being complementary😁
