Before you head into the year ahead, join me On New Years Eve to RELEASE what no longer serves your mind, body and soul and start to move in tune with the waves of the ocean.

NEW YEARS DAY join me to IGNITE your inner power, your guiding light, your Intention for the year ahead.

This event over 2 mornings is intended to work in harmony together. See this as a Release and Refresh.

Why wait for the storm to pass? Embrace the darker skies aswell as the colourful ones.. What do I mean? Don't wait for tomorrow to start a new project, ignite a passion thats been brewing, see a friend you ain't contacted for a while, tell your loved ones you love them. The list is endless. My point, the darkness maybe perceived as a fear, without dark theres no light. Dark times or challenges only make one stronger in the long run. I am on a journey of self discovery, deconditioning, transformation and growing. Would you like to start?
