We publish regulatory actions on our website to protect participants and remind providers and workers of the standards they must meet 📢

These actions relate to providers or workers who break the rules. Details published include:

- Name, location and ABN of the provider or person
- The sections of the NDIS Act that have been breached
- The compliance action that we have taken, such as a compliance notice or banning order.

Sharing this information helps participants make informed choices about their supports and services. It also makes the consequences of not following the rules clear to providers and workers.

We manage all published details carefully to protect participant privacy.

Your provider’s role is to deliver safe, person-centred supports and services.

An independent advocate’s role is to represent you – and only you – without conflict or competing interests.

Providers can share factual information about NDIS services and refer you to independent advocacy organisations. But they cannot represent you as your advocate.

Separating these roles keeps boundaries clear and your rights protected.

Meet our wonderful Support Coordinator and Recovery Coach Scott.

a little bit about Scott -

7 years in community services and 2 years as a Senior Support Coordinator and Recovery Coach, He brings a deeply person-centered, recovery-oriented approach to supporting individuals through complex life challenges. His background includes working alongside people experiencing homelessness, mental health conditions, substance use issues, and family and domestic violence.

Before transitioning into Community Services / Disability Services, He spent a decade in security, where I developed strong crisis management, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills—foundations that continue to support his work today.

He is passionate about empowering individuals through strength-based support, walking alongside them as they reclaim choice, build resilience, and live meaningful lives.

Referrals are open now if you or anyone you know is requiring NDIS support.
