Enjoy some mindful movement at golden hour as you’re guided through a gentle, grounding flow designed to release tension, calm the mind, and connect you to the rhythm of nature.

🪷 Location: Mullaloo Point (Key west carpark) walk down the path and turn right towards the rocks

🪷 Bring a yoga mat or towel, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes for yoga

Yesterday’s Spring Yin + Sound gathering was such a beautiful way to welcome the Spring Equinox 🌸✨

Creating space to let go of what no longer serves and opening ourselves to the fresh energy of the season ✨

And with a potent combo of a solar eclipse + new moon, it was the perfect time to dream big, set intentions, and call in all the things you’re ready to manifest. 💫
