We wrapped up 2025 with an incredible collaboration alongside our gym partner Life & Soul, supporting their legendary Christmas Cracker Challenge — and wow, what a honour!

Life & Soul have been running this challenge for 20 years I believe, if I remember correctly I am pretty sure this is what legend Jacko tells me (yes, TWENTY!), making it the longest-standing fitness challenge in Australia 🏆🔥 How cool is that?!

Being chosen as the personalised nutrition partner for this was a true honour, and supporting members over the 6 weeks was nothing short of inspiring. The transformations, the energy, the commitment — elite stuff 🙌 what a program to be apart of. The team at Life & Soul really know how to bring it!

Today team Happy Healthy celebrated, not only Christmas but our mission with a garden tour and beautiful long lunch. 2026 marks 10 years in business and it’s been a ride, but what a blessing.

It’s Jess here writing this and I have all the feels to write a long post but I’m just going to leave it at, how blessed am I to be supported by these two incredible humans Domonique Delfs & Clare Clarke. Both of these humans connected with Happy Healthy as clients years, years and years ago and both have so much heart, integrity and passion for helping others it’s no wonder we’ve built the dream team! 2026 is looking bright 💫
