Welcoming March with love ❤️

Wowee! March already!? I feel like time is just passing by! And this month is set to be another busy one energetically! We are in a month 4 (see previous post) as well Mercury Retrograde in Pisces (till the 20th March). So our inner world is really pushing us towards self care & love whilst the outer world will bring about many changes.

I would really love to share my gratitude to clients that reached out in February 🌻 with many numerology reports sent out, clearing & balancing sessions as well as my first spontaneous in person session 🥰

March Energy Forecast ✨

March carries the energy of the number 4 (3+2+0+2+6=13, 1+3=4) — a number representing grounding, structure and the physical plane.

It brings a strong masculine frequency of action, movement and getting things done.

This is a month of building, organising and taking practical steps forward.

You may feel the pace quicken as unpredictable things can happen. There is a sense of responsibility and focus in the air. Things that have been waiting may now require action.

As we move through this energy, it’s important to stay centred. When life becomes busy on the outside, we must create stillness on the inside. Gentle routines, grounding practices, time in nature, breathwork or quiet reflection will help balance your emotional and mental bodies.

Full Moon Energies about and boy it seems like intense energies are increasing.

In some way it feels like it’s time to go through the skeletons in the closet and start a spring clean early. I feel the push to clear out on the emotional and mental levels, and if you choose not too, you may be forced too.

There coincidentally seems to be an increase in a number of different illnesses and sicknesses, so physical health is also at the forefront. But physical health is not just about exercise and healthy foods - it is also about our emotional health.

🌙 We can work alongside the full moon energies to amplify our positive affirmations. Speaking with authenticity and truth that comes directly from our hearts

✨ We can also work with the full moon in releasing the stored emotions within. You don’t need to create a sacred space or do any ritual as such (although it creates a beautiful space to connect with oneself) but it could be as simple as writing a letter to the person who hurt you. Allowing yourself to fully express the emotions stored and the best part, you don’t need to send it. You are simply releasing from your mind and body emotional pain.

🌙 If writing is not your thing, simply allow yourself to do some artwork and be in a space of creating whilst you bring up stored emotions and allow yourself body to release by feeling it. Notice where you feel the emotions, ask your body what it requires (maybe a colour, essential oil, a nice stretch, some deep breaths) and just be 🌻

Renewal of Peace

There seems to be a push for rest and reset before the dawning of something new. And everyone is watching and waiting with love.

This is also a sign to work with your inner child and your shadow self. Work through the past trauma and wounds that you have lived through and release them for good. As when you spend time feeling those emotions that you stored so deeply, you finally release them from the physical plane and enter into a renewal of peace.

Please know that wherever your path has led too that you are greatly supported 🌻

Ways to release stored emotions:
📝 Journal you emotions
💃 Dance away heavy and intense feelings
🧘‍♀️ Meditate visualising the colour violet surrounding you and clearing stuck emotions
🖼️ Artwork - create art as a form of expression
