We offer a range of in clinic treatments Massage, Facials, Tanning, Waxing & Tinting, Detox foot spas and Foot scrubs.We also offer mobile pamper packages for all occasions, birthdays, hens days, mums groups and more. Its a great way to get the girls together and relax whilst we do all the work. selection from either a massage, facail, foot scrub or mani/pedi, whilst wearing one of our comfy robes and listening to some relaxing music whilst having a nice glass a bubbles. We also make all our own soy candles and melts that we can personalise to suit your occasion.

Yesterday was a big day. I stayed in the clinic then after lunch headed to to pamper a group of ladies on a wellness retreat.
And then home to 2 crazy country kids making their own fun outside! 😆 boys!

Post-cupping glow kinda of hahaha whilst it isn’t look very nice, cupping helps my sore and tired muscles so much.

They’re not bruises they’re a sign of increased blood flow to areas that needed it most. The deeper the color, the more stagnation or tension was sitting there. Cupping works by lifting the tissue, improving circulation, breaking up tight fascia, and helping your body flush out built-up inflammation.
