Meet our Instructor- ELLEN

With a background in nursing and over 25 years of experience in Scottish Highland Dancing—as both a competitor and a teacher—I bring a unique blend of precision, strength, and compassionate care to my Pilates practice.

My diverse skill set allows me to support clients with a keen understanding of body mechanics, alignment, and safe movement. I’m passionate about empowering others to discover balance, confidence, and strength in their bodies while cultivating a supportive, safe, and dynamic environment for growth.

Whether you’re building foundational strength, improving mobility, or seeking mindful movement, my goal is to help you feel grounded, capable, and connected throughout your wellness journey.

Meet your Instructor Linda

I’ve been moving since I was three, and dance has shaped my whole life—from running a dance school in Kingaroy to teaching everywhere from Hervey Bay to Fiji and Wagga Wagga. I’ve explored Aerobics, Yoga, Zumba, Aikido, Chi-Ball, Myo-fascial Pilates and now Reformer Pilates. (Fun fact: I was Fiji’s Veteran Aerobics Champion in 1999!)

In class, I love layering flows to really strengthen the abdominals—because strong abs support everything: your spine, digestion, posture, and confidence. I’m also passionate about the mind–body connection and helping people take charge of their thoughts as they move.

Even after a lifetime of dance, the Reformer has given me a new level of sustainable strength and stability, and I love seeing our members experience the same transformation.

With more than 60 years of movement and life behind me, I hope to help break the stigma around aging. Strengthen your body, steady your mind—come move and flow with me.
