Great tips to help your kids manage spring allergies!
Reduce Exposure to Pollen: Pollen levels are often highest in the early morning and on windy, dry days. To minimize your child's exposure, keep windows and doors closed in your home and car, especially during peak pollen times. Use air conditioning with a good filter, and avoid hanging laundry outside to dry, as pollen can stick to clothes and linens.

Wash Away Allergens: After your child has been playing outside, have them wash their hands and face as soon as they come inside to prevent them from rubbing pollen into their eyes or nose. A more thorough option is to have them shower or bathe before bed to wash pollen off their hair and skin, which can help with nighttime symptoms.

UTI's (urinary tract infections) if left untreated, can spread to your kidneys and other parts of your body, so it’s important to know the signs to look out for and seek treatment immediately.
To access treatment from our pharmacy you must be:
-female
-aged between 18 to 65 years (inclusive), and
-displaying symptoms consistent with an uncomplicated UTI, such as burning or stinging pain when you urinate, and frequent need to urinate.
Our pharmacist will ask you additional questions during the consult to check if they can provide you with treatment.
