BOWTECH EASE is a blend of Ayurveda Aromatherapy essential oils which help reduce inflammation, pain and infection in the joints and soft tissue of the body.
Bowtech Ease Ayurveda Aromatherapy Blend was specifically formulated by Subtle Energies for the Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia to compliment the Bowen Technique as a substitute to Iodex.
The Bowen Technique (Bowtech) addresses the body’s intelligence and helps in bringing about a balance or equilibrium to the body on all levels – physical, mental and emotional.
The Bowtech Ease Ayurveda Aromatherapy Blend is based on the same principles and has been found to be effective as it works in harmony with the Bowen Technique.
This very effective aromatic blend has proved to be very effective for:
musculoskeletal problems;
back pain, knee swellings;
fractures, degenerative problems;
bunion pain and swelling of the feet;
inflammation and pain in the knees, hips and joints;
muscular aches and pain due to overuse or injury;
bronchial conditions such as asthma, bronchitis, coughs;
pain and inflammation associated with gout and arthritis;
warms up the body in winter and relieves chilblains.
Ingredients:
Ayurvedic Essential oils – cinnamon leaf, peppermint, black pepper, eucalyptus, camphor, ginger and lemongrass with the Indian oils of ashwagandha and sesame.
Directions:
Apply a little oil to the affected area three to four times daily for best results. Do not massage if used following a Bowen Therapy session as this will negate the effectiveness of the treatment – just apply to the skin.

Gout, arthritic joint pain and bunions:
To ease the pain of gout and arthritis in the hands or feet, soak your hands or feet in a basin of warm water and add half a cup of Bexters Soda Crystals. Soak for 15 minutes each night until symptoms ease. Dry hands or feet and then apply Bowtech Ease up to 4 times daily.
Contraindications:
Use caution with asthmatics when they are having an attach as some asthmatics are allergic to eucalyptus. Also, use caution with Epileptics.
Do not use in the first Trimester of pregnancy. In the 2nd trimester Bowtech Ease can be used on the feet to improve circulation and fluid retention. Soaking the feet in bexters Soda Crystals can also help fluid retention. In the 3rd trimester Bowtech Ease can be applied all over the abdominal area and the back and during labour to relieve painful contractions.
